Partial cornea transplant ('Deep Selective Automated Endothelial Transplant' - DSAEK) for Fuchs
“I read of the skill of Mr. Simon Levy when I was losing my sight from Fuchs disease and of course I was apprehensive when he recommended a partial cornea transplant.
It is about a year now that this was done and I could not be more grateful. He not only has the gift of sight as a surgeon but he is a kind and attentive man.
I know I will need a further transplant for my other eye at some time, but, I now have no doubts or fears in this respect, since I know I can reply upon Simon.
The value of sight is beyond price but it was also good to discover that the initial cost of the operation included all the follow-up consultations for many months after until both he and I were complelely satisfied with the result.”
