Vision Correction Appointments

You will be seen first by my optometrist who will make various measurements. I will then examine you and will discuss which vision correction technique is most appropriate for you. The appointment will take 1-1.5 hours.

It is important that you do not wear contact lenses before your assessment. This is because contact lenses often cause subtle changes in the shape of your cornea.

Soft Contact Lenses - 1 Week
Rigid Gas Permeable Contact Lenses - 2 Weeks
Hard (PMMA) Contact Lenses - 3 Weeks

Please try not to drive yourself to the assessment as an eyedrop that will blur your vision for a few hours will be used.
